You will board an international flight from USA to Beijing.
You will arrive in Beijing, the capital of China, in the evening. A tour guide will meet with you and help you transfer to the hotel.
Today, you will visit the Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City, and the Summer Palace. In the evening, you can enjoy a famous Peking Duck Dinner.
Any tour of China is not complete without visiting the Great Wall of China. The Great Wall is one of the seven man-made wonders of the world. You will have an opportunity to walk along the Wall. In the afternoon, you will leave for the Ming Tomb Museum and the solemn Temple of Heaven.
You will have a full day of leisure time. Spend this time souvenir shopping or explore the city on your own.
After breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Xian, the historic starting point of the famous Silk Road. When you arrive, a tour guide will help you transfer to the hotel.
The discovery of Qin Shi Huang’s Terra Cotta Warriors draws thousands of visitors to Xian every year. After the visits of the excavation pit, you will proceed to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the City Wall. In the evening, you can enjoy an Imperial Dumpling Banquet. After dinner, you will be entertained by a stage opera of the Tang Dynasty.
In the morning, you will leave Xian and take a short flight to Guilin. Guilin is a city well known for its serene landscape and limestone formations. You will receive a tour of the city with attractions such as the Reed Flute Cave and the Elephant Trunk Hill.
You will take a leisurely cruise down to the Li River where you can enjoy the picturesque scenery of Southern China. Enjoy lunch on board the ship. In the evening, you will attend a dinner show of China’s Minority Folklore Dance.
After breakfast, you will board another flight to Hangzhou. After you arrive, you will receive a tour of the city, visiting the Liu He Pagoda and other attractions.
You will spend the morning cruising the famous West Lake. After lunch, you will visit the Ling Yin Temple and the Fei Lai Feng. You will enjoy a local cuisine for dinner in the evening.
In the morning, you will take a motor coach to Shanghai. Shanghai is China’s largest city with its bustling economic center. The city tour will include the Yu Garden, the Nanjing Road, and a stroll along the famous Bund. In the evening, you will attend a Chinese Acrobatics Show.
You will have a full day of leisure time. You can spend this time to do some last minute souvenir shopping or explore the rest of the city on your own. If you wish, you may take an optional tour to the Garden City of Suzhou. The Suzhou city tour will visit sites such as the Humble Administrator’s Garden, the Tiger Hill, and the Grand Canal.
You will board an international flight from Shanghai to the USA.
